Our Story:
We are a husband and wife team. After getting married and seeing what passion Alexandra
has for tea, Justin encouraged her to take her love for tea to the next level. So, she did! She
is the Nelson in Nelson’s Tea, allowing her to keep her maiden name alive while building a
legacy. She is the creative one, establishing new innovations and products related to tea and
consulting businesses on how to take their venture from using standard, boring tea bags to a
more robust experience offering better health benefits, flavor, and costing on average 2/3
less per cup! Justin handles the numbers and the website technology, we affectionately refer
to him as IT. Together we have grown our business from a small start up to an international
tea provider.
Our Mission:
To modernize the tea industry by providing innovative tea products and services to businesses
and unique, fun, healthful, and tasty tea blends to consumers.
We believe:
We believe if you say you don’t like tea that you probably just haven’t had the right blend
prepared the right way. We provide business and consumer education on the health benefits
to drinking tea as well as how to brew the perfect cup (secret: it’s all about quantity, time,
and temperature). We also believe that tea should be natural and healthy. You won’t find any
artificial flavoring, chemicals, or preservatives in any of our blends. Ever. Our brewing bags
are also made from all-natural hemp and are never bleached or containing any foreign
substances.
Who we are and what do we do:
We are a company that stands behind our brand. We ensure quality in every step of our
production process. We are innovative and continue to create new ways to use teas in our
everyday lives. Everything we create keeps tea at the core.
The why:
Tea is our passion. It was first a hobby, then it became a lifestyle, and now, it is our
business. We enjoy tasty, beneficial beverages and want to share our love for tea with the
world.
Our Niche:
Our niche is in providing unique, fun, healthful, and tasty loose-leaf tea blends and tea
related products and services to businesses that are ready for a partner to provide: a custom
tea blend, a private label tea line, and/or innovative tea blends and products.
